As a qualified PE Teacher for over 10 years and ex-Head of Department, I've now taken the leap to be an accredited Life and Confidence Coach... all due to Endometriosis and FND!
I was diagnosed with Endometriosis and Adenomyosis in 2020, and the prolonged severe pain as now resulted in me having a disability affecting mainly my right leg.
As a previous prem level Netballer, I was always training, coaching or doing some kind of sport! But in 2024 I had a full hysterectomy (aged 34), and whilst the Endo is now well controlled, I'm left being unable to walk without crutches and my leg brace. So whilst going back to teaching in person is a big 'no no' right now 😥, being an online support to others can still keep me busy (and help pay the bills! 🙈 ).
**How I Can Help**
- Online Support for those with Endometriosis and/or Adenomyosis. (Beyond the Pain Programme)
- 1 : 1 Life Coaching for Teens and Adults - with or without Endo!
- Find your Spark! with a 4 or 6 week individual support programme to work on confidence and life goals!
- Resources / Talks / Assemblies
for schools / workplaces to educate others about Adenomyosis, Endometriosis and Women's health.
